POSTER "ON THE INSIDE" for young & old 50x70

What do feelings look like on the inside?

Explore your feelings and train your emotional intelligence!

Emotions can be tricky, and it is not always easy to describe how a feeling is or how empathy feels.

With a poster of feelings for children, the child's imagination is aroused and together you reflect on how different emotions can look on the inside.

    Visualize emotions:

Sometimes it can be difficult to sort among their feelings. Visualizing emotions is a good way to calmly dramatize and normalize something that can be difficult for a young person.

When emotions are visualized, the child gets an overview and a concrete representation of one's emotions which can make them more manageable and less abstract.

By reminding everything that can be accommodated in a young body, it can also be easier to identify patterns and see the relationship between different emotions and thus feel empathy and practice their emotional intelligence.

    Four benefits of visualizing emotions:

    1.     Overview: A poster gives an overview of one's feelings and can help identify patterns and relationships between different emotions.

    2.     Concrete representation: A poster gives a concrete representation of one's feelings, which can help make them more manageable and less abstract. It can also help the child develop and practice their empathy.

    3.     Communication: A poster can help communicate one's feelings to other people in a more visual way. You can point to them!

    4.     Processing: A poster can help to process and manage emotions in a more healthy way by giving an outlet for negative emotions and reflecting on positive emotions and thus supporting in the development of emotional intelligence.

    HOW-TO?

The Emotion Poster and Cards can, but need not, be used together. The poster can either be a nice feature at home, a great way to talk about emotions together, or a complement to Emotion Cards 1.

Here you choose for yourself what suits you. Of course, the Emotion Poster is perfectly ok to just have something nice on the wall at home.

The illustrations on the poster, and on our cards,
are made to awaken children's imagination and ability to reflect.

Children do not always see the world in the same way as adults. Through quirky images, give the child their own
ability to reflect on and think about what a feeling means.

Poster comes in size 50 x 70 cm and
without a frame. However, the size makes it fit in most frames found in
    stores.

The Emotion Poster contains 20 emotions from Emotion Cards 1 "Me in Me".

Every feeling is drawn to arouse imagination and curiosity. They will
Create thoughts and thoughts unique to each one.

Before bedtime, or after dinner you can, for example, point to
the different feelings of the emotional dos and think about which ones have felt during
The day. Has anyone been angry today? What did they look like then? Have you been alone or
Happy? What would those feelings look like?
