The emotion poster contains 20 emotions from Connection Cards 1 “Me within me”.

Each emotion is drawn to spark imagination and curiosity. They should
create thoughts and reflections - unique to each person.

Before bedtime, or after dinner, you can, for example, point to
the different emotions on the emotions poster and think about which ones have been felt during
day. Has anyone been angry today? What did they look like? Have you been alone or
happy? What would those feelings look like?

What do emotions look like on the inside?

Explore your feelings and train your emotional
    Intelligence!

Emotions can be tricky, and it's not always easy to describe how
a feeling is or how empathy feels. With a poster of feelings for children, the child's imagination is awakened
and you reflect together on what different emotions might look like on the inside.

    Visualize emotions:

Sometimes it can be difficult to sort through your emotions. Visualizing emotions is a good way to calmly de-dramatize and normalize something that can be difficult for a small person.

When emotions are visualized, the child gets an overview and a concrete representation of one's feelings, which can make them more manageable and less abstract.

By being reminded of everything that can fit into a small body, it can also become easier to identify patterns and see connections between different emotions, thereby feeling empathy and practicing your emotional intelligence.
