  1. General terms of purchase

These general terms and conditions apply to your purchases, and your use of, website www.bonkistudio.com. The conditions constitute an agreement between you and Mara Studios AB, org.no: 559253-7665, (hereafter Bonki).

The buyer is obliged to access the terms before purchase. When ordering at www.bonkistudio.com, the buyer accepts the general terms and conditions as well as our privacy and privacy policy. Bonki reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions.


These General Terms and Conditions that arise in connection with the terms when using Bonkistudio.com, or with purchases on the website, are regulated by Swedish law. Bonki can modify or change these terms. You are therefore prompted to save the terms you accept at the time of purchase of your order. As a customer, you must follow all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of bonkistudio.com.

  1. Orders

Before you complete and pay for an order, you can review your order and make changes. You are tied to your order only when you agree to it and our general terms and conditions at checkout. An order is only confirmed when it is received by Bonki and payment has been approved. Please note that we cannot accept orders where invoice address and delivery address cannot be verified. A digital order confirmation will be sent to the specified email address when completing your purchase. This is a basis for your purchase online but not a receipt. A digital delivery confirmation will be sent to the specified email address when your order is packed and sent from the warehouse. This is your final confirmation and basis for your order and delivery. Note that it is only in the delivery confirmation that you know which products will be delivered. We reserve ourselves for final sales.

We only sell articles that we have in stock. Articles may be sold out during a visit to Bonkistudio.com, and the current warehouse and access will be updated automatically when you arrive at checkout. We cannot guarantee information about individual goods' availability at ragaandmuffin.com as goods and warehouses can sell out.

In some collection release, Bonki applies maximum number when ordering certain goods.

We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of the order.

All product information shown is subject to change, and Bonki reserves the right to, if necessary, change information on bonkistudio.com.

We reserve the right to receive orders only from people over 18 years.

5. Prices & Payment

Each item is specified with price including VAT. In the cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are specified in the shopping cart depending on the selected payment method.

Klarna checkout

Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where the payment is made directly to Klarna:

  • Pay within 14 days: Payment time is 14 days from the sending of the goods. The terms of pay within 14 days you findhere.
  • Account: Klarna Account is an account credit provided by Klarna and which allows the creditor to pay off your purchases monthly by at least 1/24 (minimum SEK 50) of total exploited credit amount or in accordance with the terms approved in the cash register.   • Pay directly: Automatic draw from your bank account: Based on autogiro and your account will be charged about two banking days after the purchase was completed or the item was sent. You can find the conditions for the use of autogiro here.
  • Bank transfer: Your account will be charged immediately after the order has been placed.

In order to offer a set of different payment options, we need to share your personal, contact and order information with the supplier of the respective payment service. We recommend you to readOur Privacy Policy.

The use of this information is regulated in accordance with the applicable Data Protection Act andKlarnas Privacy Policy.

The total amount for order value, shipping and any other costs is checked and reserved on your debit card before the amount is deducted.

Prices online are specified in the following currencies: EUR, SEK, GBP or USD. Bonki reserves the right, if necessary, to update prices on ragaandmuffin.com. Bonki is not held responsible for any currency changes or exchange rates.

  1. Delivery and shipping

Delivery time depends on delivery country and choice of shipping options. Your order is processed within 1-3 days with certain exceptions such as in, for example, product release, inventory, holidays and sale. Bonki does not take responsibility for any delays caused in customs management.

If a delivery is delayed or cannot be sent due to stock balance or other reasons, the customer will be informed of this as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the order is placed. The customer may then cancel and/or refund at no extra cost.

6.1 Shipping Cost and Currency

The shipping cost is stated in EUR, SEK, GBP or USD and is determined based on the package's weight and delivery country.

6.2 Not picked up parcels

Bonki is not responsible for packages submitted with postal agents.

If you have chosen postage as shipping methods, your goods remain on the mail for 14 days. Not downloaded goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee, currently 150:-

6.3 Customs charges

Orders for countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes that are charged when packages reach the recipient country. These are only determined when the package arrives at local customs in the delivery country. Bonki cannot anticipate or check these fees. This means that we do not stand for VAT, fees and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information on rules and fees. It is the customer's responsibility to pay extra fees for any customs declaration.

6.4 Transport Damage/Missing Goods

If, upon receipt of your package, you find that the shipment is visible transport damaged, this must be promptly advertised to the carrier this applies to both home delivery and when you retrieve the package from an agent. If, upon unpacking, you find that the content is damaged or that goods are missing, you are obliged as a customer to contact Bonki's customer service no later than 7 calendar days from receiving goods with your order number and case number from the package agent. In case of return-transport of products, the customer has the financial responsibility if the products are damaged or not arrives.

6.5 Incorrect goods/information

If Bonki would send incorrect or damaged products, Bonki reserves the right to get all products back in its original condition. The customer must return the incorrect product to Bonki within 14 days and the freight is paid for by Bonki.

If an item were to be displayed and sold at an incorrect price at Bonkistudio.com that arose due to technical problems or mistakes from Bonki staff, we reserve the right to cancel the order, refund the money and inform the customer about the situation.

  1. Return and right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal (the cancellation period) is valid for 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clear that you regret it. The cancellation deadline starts to run on the day you received the item or an essential part of it. You should contact Bonki and ask for a return slip. Your return slip will be sent by mail.

Returns within Sweden are postponed with the return slip you received from Bonki and are left on the nearest representative. For all returns, a return fee of SEK 39 is charged from repaid product value.

For approved returns, the product must meet the following requirements. The product must be returned in salable condition, in the original packaging of the product. Any labels and patches must remain on the garment. Products that are used, damaged, dirty, or worn are not approved as a return. If the return is not approved, full refund will not be obtained.

The package must be frank with the attached return label containing order number and contact details for our warehouse. Delivery Note must be attached to the package and must be filled with which goods are returned and the cause of return. Goods or parcels that cannot be identified may be denied approved return and refund. When returning several goods from an order, all goods must be returned in a package. The customer is responsible for the return until the package is received and registered on our warehouse.

We handle returns within 30 days of the package being received on our warehouse. Once the return is handled and approved, a refund will be made with the same payment method used at the time of purchase. It can take up to 5 business days before a refunded amount is available in the customer's bank account. In the case of invoice payment with Klarna, the invoice will be adjusted. A return fee of SEK 39 is automatically charged from repaid product value for all returns. If you have any questions or problems with a refund when you have paid with Klarna, we refer to Klarna's customer service.

Confirmation email is sent to the customer when the return has been approved and refunded. If there are problems or questions regarding a return, the customer will be contacted. If a return is denied, Bonki cannot guarantee that the item will return to the customer.

7.1 Complaint

If you detect a production error, the goods can be advertised against a valid receipt or payment basis. Product damaged as a result of wear is not considered incorrect. If possible, we offer to repair defective products. If it is not possible to repair or the product is no longer available, you are entitled to full refund including shipping and return costs. In approved complaints, Bonki is responsible for all extra costs. Bonki complies with the Consumer Purchasing Act for complaints, for more information visit Konsumerverket.se.

The customer is responsible for unpacking and checking that the products in the package are flawless within 7 days of the order being delivered. Should a product be damaged, broken, dirty or incorrectly otherwise on delivery, a complaint must be made through our customer service. If the product is returned in the usual way, the return can be denied.

When complaining purchases made at ragaandmuffin.com, customer service should always be contacted before a complaint is sent back. Customer service determines whether it is an approved return and then gives instructions on how the complaint should be sent to our warehouse. Complaints submitted without approval or contact with customer service may be denied repayment. In the case of denied complaints, Bonki cannot guarantee that the product will return to the customer.

You have the right to advertise an item purchased at ragaandmuffin.se within 3 years against valid payment documentation.

7.2 Change of order

When you have completed a purchase and received an order confirmation, we start processing the order in our system and on our warehouse. When the package left the warehouse, there is no way to change your order. If you detect errors in the specified contact information, it is your obligation to contact customer service. Bonki is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly stated address by a consumer.

7.3 Replacement of goods

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes when buying online. On the other hand, it is possible to return the item that is wanted to change and place a new order with the right item. In the event of Force Majeure, our obligations via ragaandmuffin.com are postponed. In the event of Force Majeure, both the customer and Bonki have the right to cancel, in whole or in part, any agreements without any obligation to pay damages or fulfill any obligations. By Force Majeure we are usually meant, but do not limit ourselves to, natural disasters, war, strikes, imports/exports, transport disorders and illness, regardless of whether this occurs with us as a company or at our suppliers.

  1. FRAUD

Bonki reserves the right to cancel and repay all orders suspected to be completed in a fraudulent or otherwise malicious manner to ensure the security of our consumers' transactions via ragaandmuffin.com. We reserve the right to also pass on transaction information if necessary, if requested to the official authority or payment partner in case of suspicion of fraudulent transactions or identity theft. Individuals who violate the above rules or to restriction of password -protected areas on ragaandmuffin.com may be subject to prosecution.
