- GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
These general terms and conditions apply to your purchases on, and your use of, the website www.bonkistudio.com. The terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you and Mara Studios AB, Corporate Identity Number: 559253-7665, (hereinafter Bonki).
The buyer is obliged to read the terms and conditions before purchasing. When ordering at www.bonkistudio.com, the buyer accepts the General Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy and Confidentiality Policy. Bonki reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions.
- APPLICABLE LAW
These General Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising in connection with the terms and conditions when using bonkistudio.com, or with purchases on the website, are governed by Swedish law. BONKI may modify or change these terms and conditions. You are therefore encouraged to save the terms and conditions you accept at the time of purchase of your order. As a customer, you must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of bonkistudio.com.
- HOLDING RIGHTS
All rights, including copyright of bonkistudio.com, remain with BONKI. Any use of this website or its content, including copying other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without written permission.
- ORDERS
Before completing and paying for an order, you can review your order and make changes. You are only bound by your order when you accept it and our general terms and conditions at checkout. An order is only confirmed when it is received by BONKI and payment has been approved. Please note that we cannot accept orders where the billing address and delivery address cannot be verified. A digital order confirmation will be sent to the specified email address when you have completed your purchase. This is a document for your online purchase but not a receipt. A digital delivery confirmation will be sent to the specified email address when your order has been packed and shipped from the warehouse. This is your final confirmation and document for your order and delivery. Please note that it is only in the delivery confirmation that you will know which products will be able to be delivered. We reserve the right to final sales.
We only sell items that we have in stock. Items may sell out during a visit to bonkistudio.com, and current stock and availability are automatically updated when you reach checkout. We cannot guarantee information about the availability of individual items on bonkistudio.com as items and stock may sell out.
For certain collection releases, BONKI applies maximum quantities when ordering certain items.
We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of the order.
All product information displayed is subject to change, and BONKI reserves the right to change information on bonkistudio.com, if necessary.
We reserve the right to only accept orders from persons over 18 years of age.
5.PRICES & PAYMENT
Each item is listed with a price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are listed in the shopping cart depending on the payment method chosen.
Shipping terms are stated in the shopping cart depending on the selected shipping method.
Klarna checkout
Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where payment is made directly to Klarna:
- Pay within 14 days: Payment period is 14 days from the dispatch of the goods. The terms for pay within 14 days can be foundhere.
- Account: Klarna Account is a credit facility provided by Klarna and which gives the borrower the opportunity to pay for your purchases in monthly installments of at least 1/24 (minimum 50 SEK) of the total credit amount used or in accordance with the terms and conditions approved at the checkout. - Pay Direct: Automatic withdrawal from your bank account: is based on direct debit and your account is debited approximately two banking days after the purchase has been made or the goods have been shipped. The terms and conditions for using direct debit can be found here.
- Bank transfer: Your account will be debited immediately after the order is placed.

In order to offer a range of different payment options, we need to share your personal, contact and order details with the provider of the respective payment service. We recommend that you readour privacy policy.
The use of this information is regulated in accordance with applicable data protection laws andKlarna's privacy policy.
The total amount for order value, shipping and any other costs is checked and reserved on your payment card before the amount is debited.
Online prices are stated in the following currencies: EUR, SEK, GBP or USD. BONKI reserves the right, if necessary, to update prices on bonkistudio.com. BONKI is not responsible for any currency changes or exchange rates.
- DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Delivery time depends on the country of delivery and choice of shipping option. Your order will be processed within 1-3 days with some exceptions such as product releases, inventory, holidays and sales. BONKI is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
If a delivery is delayed or cannot be shipped due to stock availability or other reasons, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the order was placed. The customer may then cancel the order and/or receive a refund at no additional cost.
Responsibility for the goods passes to the customer when the package is delivered to the address.
6.1 SHIPPING COST AND CURRENCY
The shipping cost is stated in EUR, SEK, GBP or USD and is determined based on the package's weight and country of delivery.
6.2 UNRECOLLECTED PACKAGES
BONKI is not responsible for packages left at postal agents.
If you have chosen cash on delivery as the shipping method, your goods will remain at the post office for 14 days. Uncollected goods will be returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you the costs of return shipping, dispatch fee and handling fee, currently 150:-
Unclaimed packages do not fall within the scope of the right of withdrawal or possible free returns.

6.3 CUSTOMS DUTIES
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes that are charged when the package reaches the recipient country. These are only determined when the package arrives at the local customs in the country of delivery. BONKI cannot predict or control these charges. This means that we are not responsible for VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information on rules and fees. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional fees for any customs declaration.
6.4 TRANSPORT DAMAGE/MISSED GOODS
If upon receipt of your package you discover that the shipment is visibly damaged in transit, you must immediately report this to the carrier. This applies both to home delivery and when you collect the package yourself from an agent. If upon unpacking you discover that the contents are damaged or that goods are missing, you as a customer are obliged to contact BONKI's customer service no later than within 7 calendar days of receipt of the goods with your order number and the case number from the parcel agent. When returning products, the customer is financially responsible if the products are damaged or do not arrive.
6.5 DEFECTIVE GOODS/INFORMATION
Should BONKI send incorrect or damaged products, BONKI reserves the right to return all products in their original condition. The customer must return the incorrect item to BONKI within 14 days and the shipping will be paid by BONKI.
If an item is displayed and sold at an incorrect price on bonkistudio.com due to technical problems or mistakes by BONKI staff, we reserve the right to cancel the order, refund the money and inform the customer of the situation.
- RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you are withdrawing your consent. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods or a substantial part of them. You must contact BONKI and request a return form. Your return form will be sent by email.
Returns within Sweden must be franked with the return slip you received from BONKI and left at the nearest representative. For all returns, a return fee of 43 SEK will be charged from the refunded value of the goods.
For an approved return, the product must meet the following requirements. The product must be returned in a saleable condition, in the product's original packaging. Any labels and tags must remain on the garment. Products that are used, damaged, dirty, or worn will not be accepted for return. If the return is not approved, a full refund will not be given.
The package must be stamped with an attached return label containing the order number and contact information for our warehouse. A delivery note must be attached to the package and must be filled in with the items being returned and the reason for the return. Items or packages that cannot be identified may be refused approved return and refund. When returning multiple items from an order, all items must be returned in one package. The customer is responsible for the return until the package has been received and registered at our warehouse.
We handle returns within 30 days of the package being received at our warehouse. Once the return has been processed and approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. It may take up to 5 banking days before the refunded amount is available in the customer's bank account. When paying by invoice with Klarna, the invoice will be adjusted. A return fee of 43 SEK is automatically charged from the refunded value of the goods for all returns. If you have any questions or problems with the refund when you have paid with Klarna, please contact Klarna's customer service.
A confirmation email will be sent to the customer when the return has been approved and refunded. If there are any problems or questions regarding a return, the customer will be contacted. If a return is denied, BONKI cannot guarantee that the item will be returned to the customer.
7.1 COMPLAINT
If you discover a production defect, the goods can be claimed against a valid receipt or proof of payment. Products that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. If possible, we offer to repair defective products. If repair is not possible or the product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund including shipping and return costs. In the event of approved claims, BONKI is responsible for all additional costs. BONKI complies with the Consumer Purchase Act when making claims, for more information visit konsumentverket.se.
The customer is responsible for unpacking and checking that the products in the package are faultless within 7 days of the order being delivered. Should a product be damaged, broken, dirty or faulty in any other way upon delivery, a complaint must be made via our customer service. If the product is returned in the usual way, the return may be refused.
When making a complaint about purchases made on bonkistudio.com, customer service should always be contacted before a complaint is sent back. Customer service will determine if it is an approved return and then provide instructions on how to send the complaint to our warehouse. Complaints submitted without approval or contact with customer service may be denied a refund. If a complaint is denied, BONKI cannot guarantee that the goods will be returned to the customer.
You have the right to complain about a product purchased at bonkistudio.com within 3 years against valid proof of payment.
7.2 CHANGE OF ORDER
Once you have completed a purchase and received an order confirmation, we will begin processing the order in our system and at our warehouse. Once the package has left the warehouse, there is no possibility to change your order. If you discover an error in the contact information provided, it is your obligation to contact customer service. BONKI is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address by a consumer.
7.3 EXCHANGE OF GOODS
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make exchanges when purchasing online. However, it is possible to return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order with the correct item. - FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of force majeure, our obligations via bonkistudio.com are postponed. In the event of force majeure, both the customer and BONKI have the right to cancel, in whole or in part, any agreements without any obligation to pay damages or fulfill any obligations. By force majeure we generally mean, but are not limited to, natural disasters, wars, strikes, import/export bans, transport disruptions and illness regardless of whether this occurs with us as a company or with our suppliers.
- FRAUD
BONKI reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders suspected of being fraudulent or otherwise malicious in order to ensure the security of our consumers' transactions via bonkistudio.com. We also reserve the right to forward transaction information if requested to an official authority or payment partner in the event of suspected fraudulent transactions or identity theft. Individuals who violate the above rules or the restriction of password-protected areas on bonkistudio.com may be subject to prosecution.
