FOR CHILDREN & FAMILIES
Conversation cards for the whole family
Three steps.
Nothing to prepare.
No agenda to set. No one needs to lead. The app provides the structure — you bring the presence.
Choose a card.
Each product contains conversation cards organised by theme. Pick one that feels right — or let the app suggest one.
Reflect together.
Work through the card's questions together. No preparation needed — the questions guide the conversation forward.
Save and return.
Write down your reflections and save them. Something to come back to — next week, next year, whenever you want to remember what you actually said.
This is what a card looks like.
What is it about how we end the day that means you're still carrying thoughts and responsibilities when you're trying to fall asleep?
A task has become "yours". The other steps back. Over time the difference feels normal. How does the relationship change when roles are no longer questioned?
When do you notice yourself doing something that goes against a value you actually want to stand for?

Se alla fysiska kort"Could we create something we ourselves were missing?"
When my little sister Filippa and I were young, we were often on our own. Filippa was "sensitive" — she was sad a lot, and the only thing I knew that made her less sad was telling stories and building worlds in the empty bathtub that she could play in.
The story I told was often about a girl named Bonki — a girl who was also sad sometimes. We didn't understand it then, but the words we didn't have for how things felt were allowed to exist inside the story.
I moved far away as soon as I finished school. Filippa built a career — and for many years our relationship became one that only existed in passing.
"Could we not create something we'd needed ourselves as children? So that we wouldn't have had to do so much work as adults?"
It hit her when she had her first child. With a child, you have to stay — stay with your feelings, feelings you didn't know you had. That became our first conversation about starting Bonki.

Qualifications
What you're wondering
before you begin.
Does my partner need to be involved from the start?
No. You can download the app and explore the products on your own.
From what age are the cards suitable?
The children's products are designed for children from age 3 and up. Me in Myself suits children from age 3, Everyday Cards and Sibling Cards from age 6, Me with Others from age 6, Me in the World from age 12, and Sexuality Cards from age 13.
Does the child need to be able to read?
No. For younger children, the adult reads the questions aloud. The conversation happens between you — the app is just the structure.
How long does a conversation take?
It varies. A children's card takes 10–20 minutes depending on the child's age and energy. Still Us takes 20–30 minutes per card. No session requires preparation — you open the app and start.
What happens after the free card?
You get access to one card in each product at no cost. To unlock the full product — all cards in that series — you purchase it for 195 kr. You choose which products you want access to.
Is this therapy?
No. Bonki is a preventative tool — not therapy and not a substitute for professional support. It is a structured way to have the conversations that otherwise never happen, in a safe format that doesn't require anything to be wrong.
What is the difference between the app and the physical cards?
The content is the same. The app has an archive that saves your completed conversations and is always with you on your phone. The physical cards suit the table, the hands, and situations without a screen. Many families use both.
How do I know which product suits my child right now?
Start with age as your guide. Me in Myself for the youngest from age 3, Me with Others and Sibling Cards from age 6, Me in the World from age 12. Everyday Cards suits most ages from 6 and is the easiest to start with if you're unsure — the cards are based on everyday situations your child will recognise.
Start with one conversation.
See where it takes you.
